We had an AMAZING experience at Faulkenbery’s today. We were greeted promptly by Heather and she assisted us all the way to the perfect dress. She stated she normally works the desk only, but she was very helpful providing great feedback and superb customer service!!

We had the BEST experience at Faulkenbery’s! Hadley was amazing! She made my 12 year old feel so special! The staff makes what can be a stressful experience so fun! We had trouble finding an age appropriate dress but they had several to choose from. After visiting several other stores I can truly say we won’t shop anywhere else but Faulkenbery’s from now on!

We drove from the coast looking for my daughter’s Senior Maid dress. Holly was exceptional and went out of her way to find the perfect dress and earrings. We will definitely come back to Faulkenberry’s for our next event to find a dress.

My granddaughters had the BEST experiences today finding the perfect dresses for prom. We cannot thank Brooke enough for all of her help! She worked with us for hours until each girl found the dress they wanted. Brooke would look up and locate other dresses in the store. She made the girls’ time shopping stress free and fun! There were hundreds of dresses to choose from and plenty of room to try on different ones. Be sure to ask for Brooke !! Thanks again!

Great experience! We drove two hours to this location. Definitely worth the drive. We were immediately greeted at the door. The whole time we had 2-3 girls helping us; pulling dresses and give us any help we needed. We were so happy, we bought not one but two of their beautiful gowns. I’d also like to mention that my daughter is not the typical size 0, and there was a great selection of gowns. We WILL be returning customers.

This was by far the best experience my daughter and I have had looking for a ball gown. Each staff member went over and above to help us. An enormous shout out and thank you to Dawn for her personal assistance. We will definitely be back

We have been searching for months for the perfect Homecoming dress for Noah and within 15 minutes of walking in the store the associate had located the perfect dress! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! We will definitely be back when it’s time to shop for prom!

Faulkenbery’s has the best customer service and a very good selection for pageants and prom, including couture dresses from several top designers. The staff always helps us find just the right dress or outfit and has been successfully dressing my daughter for years. If you need another size or color they can get it. They have a knack for helping you pick what looks good on you. Even though it’s a 3 hour drive, we are loyal customers because of the personal attention and options.

So many beautiful gowns! Shop at Faulkenbery’s if you want to look your best for all your special occasions. Their selection is fantastic and covers a wide range of tastes, sizes and prices. Their personal service is unequaled and they are my go-to for every formal occasion. Will continue to shop there as I have for the past 4 years.

Faulkenbery's has a wide variety of dresses from prom, to formal, and ball gowns. Sometimes when you have a lot of dresses in a store it can feel overcrowded and uncomfortable when shopping for that perfect dress, but that was not the case here! They have a spacious building, so while you are shopping a huge selection of dresses you aren't overwhelmed with them being so much and so little space to move around. They also have a runway with a mirror for girls to see for themselves what they will look like on an actually stage. While the girls are changing, they have benches and couches for family and friends to have a seat and be comfortable. Overall, I think Faulkenberys has an good atmosphere that makes shopping easy.
